IPS wishes to develop a strong CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy based on the following 3 pillars:

 

Social :

• Respect for human and labor rights
• The development of employee training for continuous skills enhancement
• Health and safety in the workplace through employee training (techniques and procedures, evacuation, mandatory equipment, etc.).
• Securing jobs by encouraging long-term contracts.

 

Economic :

• Investment in high-performance manufacturing equipment
• Favoring local suppliers whenever possible
• Ensuring the company's long-term future.

 

Environnemental :

• Actively participating in the circular economy
• Reduce our carbon footprint
• Be aware of the risks of river pollution
